How does the application process work and what does it cost?

A third party verification service is used for a credit and background check, and landlord verifies information submitted by applicant for tenancy. Here’s a link to our tenant screening criteria to help you determine if you’ll qualify before applying. As of June 2026, there’s a $48 fee per adult to apply.

Laundry

We have a laundry room in the basement with two washers and two dryers (as well as a stack of lockers so you can keep your soap and other laundry necessities nearby). The machines work with either quarters or an app that can be downloaded to your phone.

Parking

We have a small parking area here at the Belmont. Inquire with management about month to month availability. Street parking is available with a $95 permit from the city that lasts two years. At the time this was updated (June 2026) the permits for this neighborhood expire April 30th of odd years.

We are a pet free and smoke free building.
